Niklas Midby, Chairman

Niklas Midby started his career with the Boston Consulting Group and then spent twelve years in international, senior positions in investment banking and private equity. Returning to Sweden, Mr. Midby joined OM (now Nasdaq OMX) as an Executive Vice President responsible for all exchanges and clearing houses, including the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Since 2003, he has served on several boards, including the chairmanship of Skandiabanken AB. Mr. Midby holds a B. Sc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. Niklas Midby is a Swedish citizen and resides in Sweden.

Through his related party Flagstone International Ltd, Midby owns 41 191 shares in Sbanken ASA. Midby is a board member of OX2 Group AB and ByggaBo i Stockholm AB, and Chairman of the Board of Resscapital AB and stoEr Kungsholmen AB.

Mai-Lill Ibsen, Board member

Mai-Lill Ibsen has held several senior executive positions in the international financial sector, including as Chief Executive Officer of NOS ASA and Managing Director/CCO of Citibank International plc in, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eksportfinans ASA. Ms Ibsen has held several directorships over the last ten years, in private, government-owned and listed companies. Ms Ibsen holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mai-Lill Ibsen is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Norway.

Ibsen is Chairman of the Board in GIEK Kredittforsikring AS, Board member in Troms Kraft AS, Fjellien AS and Royal Arctic Line A/S.

August Baumann, senior vice president ATEA ASA, has held several senior executive positions in TeliaSonera Norge AS, including as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Baumann holds a M. Sc. in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School, London. August Baumann is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway. Ragnhild Wiborg, Board member

Ragnhild Wiborg has previously held senior positions in a number of financial institutions and companies including Wiborg Kapitalförvaltning, Odin Fund Management, Pareto Securities, Sundal & Collier, First National Bank of Chicago (now JP Morgan) and Scandinavian Bank UK (now SEB). Hugo Maurstad, Board member

Hugo Maurstad, Partner in Altor Equity Partners since 2004, has previously held several executive positions. Prior to Altor, he was 13 years with McKinsey & Company as a Director, including leading the McKinsey office in Norway. Mr. Maurstad is currently the Chairman of the boards of Rossignol, HFN (Sats/Elixia) and Navico. He has previously chaired the boards of Helly Hansen, Lindorff, Ewos, AGR and SPT. Cathrine Klouman, Board member

Cathrine Klouman holds the position as COO at Intrum. Klouman has more than 20 years of experience from both the IT- and Financial Services industries, and held different senior positions within, IBM, Bank-Axept, DNB and Lindorff Group. Previous to her position at Intrum/Lindorff she was Chief Information and Digital Officer in MøllerGruppen (The Møller Group).

Klouman holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School (BI) and extended courses from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Svein Frøystad, Board member, employee representative

Svein Frøystad holds a bachelor's degree in didactics, mathematics and computer science, and a master's degree in informatics and management from the University of Oslo. He has earlier worked as a project manager, IT advisor and consultant in the public sector in Norway. He joined Sbanken in 2008, and is currently head of IT Governance. Svein Frøystad is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway. He owns 1 562 shares in Sbanken ASA.

Karianne Mjøs-Haugland, employee representative

Karianne Mjøs-Haugland holds a master's degree from the Norwegian School of Economics, and is an officer from the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organization. Mjøs-Haugland joined the bank in 2017 as Head of Procurement and was previously Partner in the consulting firm Inventura AS. Mjøs-Haugland has experience from board member in NIMA Forbund and SKIBAS.
